We departed the Methow on Thursday with a final easy morning ski out in Mazama. It was a beautiful sunny morning and we had first tracks on the freshly groomed trails out to Cow Beach. Yeah, that's right, the name of our destination was actually 'Cow Beach'!

The first race of the US National Championships is this Monday January 2nd and after 3 weeks of training in the Methow I am feeling great and ready to race.
